Belarus raises motor fuel prices by 0.46%-0.53% Jul 6, 2021
MINSK, Jul 5 - PrimePress. Belarus raised motor fuel prices on July 6, 2021. The retail price of AI-95-K5-Euro petrol goes up by 0.51% to Br2.00 ($0.78 at the rate of the National Bank of Belarus) per litre; AI-92-K5-Euro – by 0.53% to Br1.90 ($0.75), AI-98-K5-Euro – by 0.46% to Br2.22 ($0.87); diesel fuel – by 0.51% to Br2.00 ($0.78) per litre, Belneftekhim state petrochemical concern reports.<br> <br> “Since the beginning of 2021, the average world oil quotations have increased by 41.2%. Retail prices of motor fuel on the Belarusian market rose by 10.3% during this period,” reads the report.<br> <br> This has been the 20th adjustment in motor fuel prices in Belarus since early 2021. This year, the price of 1 litre of AI-95-K5-Euro petrol has increased by 10.6%; AI-98-K5-Euro – by 9.4%; AI-92-K5-Euro – by 11.2%; diesel fuel – by 10.3%.<br> <br> Motor fuel prices in Belarus changed 16 times in 2020 to a 3.4% increase on average.
