The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine on 6 Dec 2021 has introduced a 5-year anti-dumping duty on imports thermal insulation materials (slag, mineral silicate wool and similar types of mineral wool, except for their mixtures) originating from Belarus and Russia. </p> <p> </p> <p> The duty for materials imported from Belarus stands at 35.41%, Russia – 76.38%. </p> <p> </p> <p> In Belarus, thermal insulation materials are produced by OAO Gomelstroymaterialy, OAO Neman Glass Factory (Grodno Oblast), OAO Belteploizolyatsiya (Minsk), OAO Technonikol Roofing Plant (Osipovichi, Mogilev Oblast) and OOO BelMineralGroup (Brest Oblast), and some other companies.
