State-owned stakes in 10 Belarusian woodworking companies worth Br265.6m to be surrendered to Ivatsevichdrev
<p> MINSK, Mar 5 - PrimePress. State-owned stakes in nine timber industry enterprises and the Open Joint Stock Company "Belarusian Timber Company" worth more than Br265.562 million ($101,826 million at the rate of National Bank of Belarus) will be contributed in the form of a non-monetary contribution to the authorized fund of the Open Joint Stock Company "Ivatsevichdrev" (Brest Oblast) till April 1, 2021. This decision is enshrined by President Lukashenko’s ordinance #78 of March 3, 2021, published on the National Legal Internet Portal on March 5. </p> <p> </p> <p> Ivatsevichdrev will receive 3.587 thousand shares in the Belarusian Timber Company, about 44.376 million shares in Borisovdrev (Minsk Oblast), more than 42.469 million shares in Vitsebskdrev, over 99.394 million shares in Gomeldrev and more than 57.849 million shares in Mogilevdrev. </p> <p> </p> <p> Also, about 31.919 million shares in Mozyr Woodworking Company (Gomel Oblast), more than 29.559 million shares in Mostovdrev (Grodno Oblast) and 51,045 shares in Novosverzhenskiy Woodworking Plant (Stolbtsy, Minsk Oblast), more than 256.612 million shares in Rechitsadrev (Gomel Oblast) and more than 3.201 million shares in FanDoK (Bobruisk, Mogilev Oblast).
