Slovenia’s RIKO to build Dubrova power substation in Grodno Oblast
<p> MINSK, Jul 21 - PrimePress. Slovenia’s RIKO d.о.о. plans to contribute to the construction of the 110kV Dubrova electric power substation (Grodno Oblast) with a 110kV power line, GrodnoEnergo told PrimePress. </p> <p> </p> <p> Since 2011, RIKO d.o.o. has been the general contractor for a series of projects to build and upgrade electric power facilities in Belarus. For instance, RIKO contributed to the upgrade of the 750 kV Belorusskaya substation substation (Starya Darohi, Minsk Oblast). A tied loan in the amount of approximately €31 million to finance the project was provided to the Belarus Development Bank in April 2018 by a syndicate of foreign banks - AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft (Germany) and SID Bank (Slovenia). </p> <p> </p> <p> The 750 kV Belorusskaya substation is a part of the main network of the Unified Energy System of Belarus and provides reception and distribution of power flows via 330 kV overhead lines from the Lukomlskaya GRES regional power station, Berezovskaya GRES regional power station, combined heat power plant #4, combined heat power plant #5, as well as the Smolensk Nuclear Power Plant via a 750 kV high voltage line. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, in 2016 Slovenia’s RIKO built the 110kV Staroborisovskaya electric power substation in Minsk worth €21.3 million.
