The Prosecutor General of Poland has ordered to initiate a criminal inquiry into the forced landing of a Ryanair plane in Minsk, the official representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Poland, Lukasz Lapczynski, told reporters. </p> <p> </p> <p> Earlier it was reported that the plane, which had landed in Minsk, belonged to the Polish-registered subsidiary of the low-cost carrier Ryanair. </p> <p> </p> <p> According to Lapczynski, the proceedings will concern "the use of deception and threat to seize control of the aircraft and deprivation of liberty of its passengers.
