MTZ reports net profit of Br94.395m for H1 2021, compared to Br53.585m loss in H1 2020

Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) says it earned a net profit of Br94.395 million ($37.5m) in H1 2021, to compare with a net loss of Br53.585 million ($21.28m) in H1 2020, according to the company’s quarterly report. </p> <p> </p> <p> MTZ sales proceeds grew by 44.57% year on year in H1 2021 to reach Br1.081 billion ($429.683 million). </p> <p> </p> <p> MTZ was founded in 1946 and transformed into an open joint-stock company with a 100% state stake in January 2014.
