Minsk City Administration has been authorized to sell housing to persons on the waiting list with a cap on the profit of the state-owned real estate developer, in accordance with ordinance #382 of 5 October 2021 “On housing in Minsk”, the president’s press-service informed. </p> <p> </p> <p> The ordinance says that the City Hall shall sell housing to persons on the waiting list at a price, in which the developer’s profit shall not exceed 5%.
