Lukashenko allocates Br449.769 million in budget support funding for state farms for procuring motor fuel, motor oil and lubricants, fertilizers, agricultural machinery
<p> MINSK, Apr 9 - PrimePress. Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko has allocated Br449.769 million ($168.952 million at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus) in budget support funding for state-run agricultural enterprises to procure motor fuels and lubricants, mineral fertilizers and agricultural machinery. The funding shall be provided under ordinance #141 of April 8, 2021, published on the National Legal Internet Portal on April 9. </p> <p> </p> <p> State support will be provided from the remainder of the national budget (as of Jan 1, 2021), which was transferred to the consolidated budgets of oblasts. </p> <p> </p> <p> Under the ordinance, more than Br149.769 million ($56.26 million, $1/Br2.6621) will be transferred from the total amount to the budgets of Vitebsk, Gomel and Mogilev regions to repay the budget loans provided to these regions in 2020 with maturities up to August 1, 2021 without charging interest on these loans for the purchase of fuel, fertilizers, agricultural machinery and 2020 grain crops in (for Gomel Oblast).
