FinMin suspends Lacerta’s securities broker licence
<p> MINSK, Mar 29 - PrimePress. The Finance Ministry of Belarus has suspended the stock exchange professional broker’s licence issued to Lacerta LLC from April 1, 2021 until April 16, 2021. This information is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Finance. </p> <p> </p> <p> The license is reportedly suspended due to the licensee's failure to address a violation relating to financial sufficiency and qualification requirements. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Finance Ministry notes that the suspension of the license applies to all of its components (dealer, brokerage and depository activities). </p> <p> </p> <p> By April 16, 2021 at the latest Lacerta LLC is obliged to eliminate the violations exposed. However, should the company fail to eliminate the violations or fail to notify the Ministry of Finance about eliminating these violations, the Lacerta’s license will not be renewed after April 16, and the Ministry of Finance will issue a decision on termination of the license. </p> <p> </p> <p> Lacerta LLC deals with corporate bonds on the securities market of the Republic of Belarus, the company’s main focus is bonds of Belarusian companies.
