Emaar Properties of UAE to sign Br10bn investment agreement to build Northern Waterfront in Minsk

Emaar Properties (United Arab Emirates) is ready to sign an investment agreement to build the Northern Waterfront complex in Minsk worth Br10 billion ($3.95 billion at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus). Emaar Properties CEO Mohamed Alabbar made a statement to this effect after a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on 28 June. </p> <p> </p> <p> “Various facilities of this project are already at the design stage.
