Emaar Properties of UAE to sign Br10bn investment agreement to build Northern Waterfront in Minsk

<p> MINSK, Jun 28 - PrimePress. Emaar Properties (United Arab Emirates) is ready to sign an investment agreement to build the Northern Waterfront complex in Minsk worth Br10 billion ($3.95 billion at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus). Emaar Properties CEO Mohamed Alabbar made a statement to this effect after a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on 28 June. </p> <p>   </p> <p> “Various facilities of this project are already at the design stage.
