Belorusneft plans to increase domestic sales of motor fuel by 4.47% in 2021 up to 2.99m tons
<p> MINSK, Oct 15 - PrimePress. Belorusneft (Rechitsa, Gomel Oblast) hopes to increase motor fuel sales on the internal market by 4.47% year on year in 2021 up to 2.99 million tonnes. This follows a presentation by Belorusneft Vice CEO Sergey Kamornikov at the international conference “Oil and Gas Market in Belarus: Production, Trading, Retail”. </p> <p> </p> <p> The presentation shows that the share of Belorusneft’s wholesale oil products will decrease by 1.8 p.p. to 30.8% in 2021. It is expected that sales of diesel fuel through Belorusneft’s filling stations will decrease by 0.5 p.p. to 54.1% in 2021, and gasoline by 0.3 p.p. to 40.7%. </p> <p> </p> <p> As of 1 July 2021, the Belorusneft network included 577 filling stations, to compare with 574 stations as of 1 July 2020. Belorusneft owns 69% of Belarusian petrol stations, while the share of Lukoil stands at 10%, Gazpromneft - 6%, RN-Zapad - 4%, A100 - also 4%, Tatneft - 2% and other companies - 5%. </p> <p> </p> <p> It is assumed that Belarus’ motor fuel market in 2021 will increase by 2-3% year on year to 4.1 million tons.
