Enterprises of Belenergo State Industrial Association reduced electricity output in January-December 2020 by 15.56% year on year to 34.035 billion kWh, Belenergo reports on its website. </p> <p> </p> <p> Electricity from Belenergo energy generators in 2020 amounted to 34.035 billion kWh. In 2019, Belenergo subsidiaries increased electricity output by 3.8% to 40.3 billion kWh from 2018. </p> <p> </p> <p> The export of electricity in 2020 decreased by 72.4% year on year to 653 million kWh. In 2019, electricity export increased by 127% year on year to 2.370 billion kWh. </p> <p> </p> <p> In 2020, Belarus imported 154 million kWh of electric energy; next to zero in 2019. </p> <p> </p> <p> The installed capacity of the generating power sources in Belarus totals over 10,143 MW.
