Belarusian companies most active to join Eurasian Register of Industrial Products

Belarusian companies are the most active in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU - Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia) to have their produce included into the Eurasian Register of Industrial Products. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Eurasia. Expert portal has posted a message to this effect citing official representative of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Iya Malkina. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Eurasian Register of Industrial Products provides access to the EEU market of public purchases. “Belarusian companies are the most active in this matter,” said Malkina. </p> <p> </p> <p> In her words, the register includes 3,560 commodity items of 23 Belarusian producers. </p> <p> </p> <p> The register is constantly expanding. As an example Malkina named the recent addition of “the automotive industry” segment. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, the EEC Council approved Decision #105 of 23 November 2020 to lay down the Rules for Determining the Country of Origin of Certain Goods for the Purposes of Public Procurement.
