Belarus vaccinates 25,000 people against coronavirus – Health Ministry

The number of vaccinated persons has approached 25,000, Health Minister Dmitry Pinevich reported on February 24, 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> According to Pinevich, medical professionals at risk were vaccinated the first. Regions are being supplied with 40,000 vaccines. China provided 100,000 doses of its vaccine, which will be administered to 50,000 Belarusians. 100,000 more doses are expected in March together with Belarus’ domestically produced vaccine based on Russian Sputnik V (500,000 doses per month in planned output.) </p> <p> </p> <p> The minister says the vaccine will be available to everyone.
