Belarus decreased sugar export by 71.1% year on year in Jan-Aug 2021 to 98,700 tonnes, the National Statistics Committee of Belarus (Belstat) reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> In monetary terms, sugar export reduced by 49.3% yoy in Jan-Aug 2021 to $53.223 million. </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus supplied 94,300 tonnes of sugar to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) (down 68.7% y/y) worth $51.059 million (down 44.6%).
