Belarus-Russia Union State may set up joint committee on tax issues - Mezentsev

The Union State of Belarus and Russia may set up a joint Belarusian-Russian advisory body on tax issues, Secretary of State of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev said at the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in Minsk. </p> <p> </p> <p> As previously reported, Presidents of Belarus and Russia Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin, at a meeting in Moscow on 9 September 2021, reconciled all 28 union programmes to deepen integration between the two countries. A decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State to approve the 28 union programmes was signed by Putin and Lukashenko on 4 Nov 2021. The text of the programmes has not yet been made public.
