Belarus raises motor fuel prices by 0.52% Apr 20, 2021
<p> MINSK, Apr 20 - PrimePress. Belarus raised motor fuel prices on Apr 20, 2021. Retail prices of AI-95-K5-Euro petrol goes up by 0.53% to Br1.91 ($0.74 at the rate of the National Bank of Belarus) per litre; AI-92-K5-Euro – by 0.56% to Br1.81 ($0.7), AI-98-K5-Euro – by 0.47% to Br2.13 ($0.82); diesel fuel – by 0.53% to Br1.91 ($0.74) per litre, Belneftekhim state petrochemical concern reports. </p> <p> </p> <p> “In April 2021, the average oil quote increased by 15% compared to January this year. Since early this year motor fuel prices have grown by 5.4%. Taking into account the changed conditions, the level of maximum retail prices at filling stations will increase by 1 kopeck starting from April 20, 2021,” the statement said. </p> <p> </p> <p> This has been an eleventh change in motor fuel prices in Belarus since early 2021. This year, the price of 1 litre of AI-95-K5-Euro petrol has increased by 6.1%; AI-98-K5-Euro – by 5.5%; AI-92-K5-Euro – by 6.5%; diesel fuel – by 6.1%. </p> <p> </p> <p> Motor fuel prices in Belarus changed 16 times in 2020 to a 3.4% increase on average.
