Belarus’ producer prices up 1.1% in Jul 2021, up 10.3% in Jan-Jul 2021
<p> MINSK, Aug 13 - PrimePress. Belarusian producer prices rose by 1.1% month on month in July 2021 and by 10.3% in January-July 2021, the National Statistics Committee (Belstat) told PrimePress. </p> <p> </p> <p> The prices of investment goods rose in July 2021 by 1.7% month on month and by 10.1% compared to the level of December 2020; for intermediate goods by 1.1% and 14.6%, respectively; and for consumer goods by 0.4% and 4%. </p> <p> </p> <p> Agricultural producer prices increased in July 2021 by 1.1% month on month, up 5.6% since early 2021; crop prices – down 1.7% month on month, up 2.9% since early 2021; livestock prices – down 0.9%, up 6.2%, respectively. </p> <p> </p> <p> Construction prices grew by 2.8% month on month in July 2021, up 10.1% from the Dec 2020 level. Prices of construction and installation works increased by 4.2% and 13.3%, respectively; prices of machinery and equipment increased by 0.6% and grew 3.7%, respectively; prices of other works and expenses grew by 2.9% and grew by 9.3%, respectively. </p> <p> </p> <p> Freight tariffs (all means of transportation) increased by 0.3% month on month in July 2021, up 5.1% from the level of Dec 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> Telecom tariffs for entities and private entrepreneurs grew by 0.1% month on month in July 2021 and by 0.1% in Jan-Jul 2021.
