Belarus plans to attract a $19.55 million preferential buyer credit of the Export-Import Bank of China in 2021-2024 for the reconstruction of the 220 kV Stolbtsy substation (Minsk Oblast), in accordance with government resolution #355 of June 23, 2021, published on the National Legal Internet Portal on June 25. </p> <p> </p> <p> The government authorised the Ministry of Finance of Belarus to negotiate the draft loan agreement and to sign it when an agreement is reached.
