Belarus may allow not to transfer export goods to customs control zones - bill
<p> MINSK, Jun 25 - PrimePress. Belarus will provide an opportunity not to place export goods in customs control zones, in accordance with the bill “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Belarus”, which passed its second reading at the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus on June 25. </p> <p> </p> <p> “An opportunity is provided not to place export goods in the customs control zones, i.e. placement of goods under the export procedure will be carried out without their actual presentation to the customs authority, the obligation of the persons concerned to get permission of the customs authority to remove the customs seals or stamps after the customs procedure of customs transit is excluded, and the obligation to notify customs authorities and get permission from them to move between certain sections of free economic zones is also excluded.” </p> <p> </p> <p> The bill also provides for the possibility to use navigation devices operating through information systems which ensure remote control over the movement of vehicles and compliance with a set route for transporting goods.
