Belarus introduces export licences for certain pipe product supplies to EU
<p> MINSK, Sep 16 - PrimePress. Belarus is introducing export licences for supplies of certain pipe products to 27 countries of the European Union (EU), in accordance with the Council of Ministers’ resolution #526 of 13 September 2021, which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal. </p> <p> </p> <p> Exports of pipe product under EEU FEACN code 7306 61 (pipes, tubes and other hollow profiles of ferrous metals of square or rectangular cross-section) is subject to licensing. </p> <p> </p> <p> In order to export the said products from Belarus, a one-time licence from the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) must be obtained. The licences will be issued subject to a certificate of own production. </p> <p> </p> <p> The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is instructed to notify the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) of the measures taken. </p> <p> </p> <p> The document will come into force on 1 October and will be valid for six months.
