Belarus govt changes 2021 production quotas for certain spirits
<p> MINSK, Sep 8 - PrimePress. The government of Belarus has changed the quotas for the production of certain types of alcoholic beverages for 2021. This is fixed in governmental resolution No. 514 of 3 September 2021, which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 8 September. </p> <p> </p> <p> According to the resolution, the annual quota for production of natural fruit and berry wines was increased by 354,500 dal to 4.922 million dal, brandy - by 40,000 dal to 669,000 dal, whiskey - by 3,000 dal to 234,000 dal, spirits - by 50,000 dal to 551,000 dal, spirits from grain raw materials - by 5,000 dal to 225,000 dal, fruit stout drinks - by 1,000 dal to 11,000 dal. </p> <p> </p> <p> Also the quota for production of disinfectants relating to non-food alcoholic products was increased to 553,500 dal (previously - 546,500 dal). </p> <p> </p> <p> At the same time, the resolution reduced the annual quota for production of fortified fruit vintage wines of improved quality by 219,500 dal to 4.531 million dal, grape wine - by 6,000 dal to 3.88 million dal, brandy - by 1,000 dal to 199,000 dal. </p> <p> </p> <p> Besides, a quota of 3,000 dal for the production of cocktail drinks was added.
