Belarus’ farming machinery export up 21.4% in Jan-Jun to 53,000 units

Belarus increased export of agricultural machinery in January-June 2021 by 21.4% year on year to 53,000 units, the National Statistics Committee of Belarus (Belstat) told PrimePress. </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus exported agricultural machinery at an average price of $2,033 in Jan-Jun 2021 (+0.7% yoy). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus shipped 48.9 thousand units (+15.4%) at an average price of $2,109 (+6.1%) per unit to the CIS countries; other foreign states - 4.100 units (3.2 times more) at an average price of $1.122 (minus 63%). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus’ export of passenger cars increased by more than twofold to 31,000 units. The average export price of a car in January-June 2021 was $5,777 (+19.9%). </p> <p> </p> <p> Belarus shipped 30,500 passenger cars (+100%) to the CIS states at an average price of $5.492 (+20.7%) per unit; non-CIS countries - 0.5 thousand units (7 times more) at an average price of $24,072 (minus 62.4%).
