Belarus intends to increase the share of innovatively active organizations in the total number of processing industry enterprises by 4.5 percentage points to 30.5% in 2025, as compared to the level of 2020. </p> <p> </p> <p> The intention is specified in presidential ordinance #348 of 15 September 2021, which approved the State Program of Innovation Development of Belarus for 2021-2025, said the president’s press service. </p> <p> </p> <p> By implementing the programme, they plan to create about 100 high-profit export-oriented enterprises (+35% compared to 2020) by 2025. </p> <p> </p> <p> Exports of science-intensive and high-tech products in 2025 is expected to grow by 28.8% compared to the level of 2020, to $18.3 billion. </p> <p> </p> <p> The document says that the list of projects covered by the programme is approved by the Council of Ministers and will be supplemented on an annual basis. The projects included into the list shall be subject to state support in the form of tax and customs incentives, the press service said. End </p>
