<p> MINSK, Aug 31 - PrimePress. Belarus-based real estate developers have been awarded the right to build engineering and transport infrastructure at their own expense, in accordance with presidential ordinance #325 signed on 31 August 2021. </p> <p> </p> <p> The ordinance establishes the right of customers, developers and investors to finance the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure at their own expense (including cases where this is not provided by the conditions of the auction or investment agreement); build infrastructural facilities based on the architectural and planning concept developed in the pre-project documentation (in localities without approved planning documents); transfer built objects (including buildings) to the state. </p> <p> </p> <p> Also for owners of residential buildings, the period of reimbursement of the fee for connection to water supply (wastewater disposal) networks built by authorized operators is extended to three years from one year.
